Sanken CS-1 Question
The Sanken is the best mic I have, and I rely on it for outdoor use often. I only have a regular foam cover and have read on this forum that a Rycote windjammer (12mm?) and/or fur cover would provide maximum protection. Does this advice still hold as the best option, or have there been other new items that can best combat, say, wind off the beach and other gusts? I really need to improve against wind protection.
Thanks! |

I have the Rycote kit 3, it fits the CS 1 and works very well.

you can use softeie in moderate wind .
by the way no need to buy rycote and pay extra for nothing , the k-tek softies with or without suspentions work at least good and dont make you hole in the pocket |
