Love it, yes 4 XLRs in, switchable line / mic in two banks, same with usable limiters. Option to record dual stereo or BWF.
One gripe and one caution.
Only runs on 8 x AA batteries, strongly recommend the biggest NiMH you can get, they'll run the unit for around 2 hours and for long concerts that's a worry, even less time if using phantom power. I'm going to make up an external battery pack but Edirol don't make this easy to do, simplest way is by a using a dummy battery run out to a connector. The "pro" version due out 'soon' adds this via 4 pin XLR.
Whatever you do don't turn the thing off at the power point when running off mains! This is a common problem with all HDD and flash recorders, You need to shut the unit down properly or you can loose the latest recording. I lost 3 hours of audio this way when someone decided to they were in a hurry to get home.
