Scenalyzer 2nd channel capture issues at DVinfo.net

I downloaded Scenalyzer to capture channels 3 & 4 of my audio and it worked great. A month later now it doesn't work. I can hear it if I turn up the volume all the way but it is very muffled. Is this a registration issue? I haven't yet registered but will if that is a known probelm.

I checked with old tapes that I've successfuly captured last month and they now are muffled too. I can hear it great through the XL2 with headphones. Maybe it's a problem with my XL2. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
