Yamaha MW10 USB Mixer Initial Thoughts

Have had the MW10 a few days now, and Yamaha's latest entry into the USB interface world seems excellent. Very low noise, lots of inputs, reasonable price ($200 street). Have tried it out with an AT4071a and 73a, instruments to follow. Good, quick way to record overlay audio. Pretty small, but not too small form factor. Coming from the video side of things, this seems to be a very good prosumer entry point into sophisticated audio direct to the computer. Some controls not for the beginner. Just thought I'd throw in my thoughts.
