Any thoughts on this mixer?

I'm thinking of buying this mixer for my home video editing, and to use for some field stuff... any thoughts? Experiences?

For $229 with all these features it seems like an excellent deal

Do you really need the FX module? For video you're going to want to record "dry" and add any effects in post. Not much more money ($70) will get you a Mackie 1202 VLZ-Pro 12 channel mixer that is a much more highly regarded unit.
