DO NOT buy this. I am generally forgiving when it comes to equipment. I normally don't care who makes it, who put their name on the case, or anything like that. I buy what I can for the best value I could find with the best quality I can find. I bought this system because its the only portable system under $1000 that has a dual output portable receiver. The receiver is NOT a TRUE DIVERISTY receiver, and it is NOT BALANCED outputs. yet, I paid & prayed it would be ok. Well.....it's a piece of junk. I hate to say it so harshly, but that's what it is. I paid $683.95 exactly, and for that kind of money, I figured it should be ATLEAST as good as my Audio Technica U100 (U102) system....NOT! The Audio Technical U100 is crystal clear, no line of sight needed. This Azden unit works at only about 5 feet and that's it. After that SAY HELLO TO THE STATIC! I gave the wireless boom & the Bodypack to my wife and told her to say "111" in the boom mic and "222" in the bodypack lapel and walk outside in the back yard as I sit here and listen to the quality. She didn't make it 10 feet from me before BOTH ears started hearing Swisshhhh and Swasshhh static. I let her keep going and the static continued until she came back. I immediately packaged the unit up to return to B&H for a full refund. I wll get a Senn. or Lectro system from them instead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT under any circumstances (videography, film work, interviews, worship, or ANYTHING). You heard it here first. -ShannonRawls.com

LOL, welcome to the "dislike Azden" club, Shannon. Some folks actually do experience what they call "good sound" with Azden products.
