Boom Pole by "Quick Pole"?
I'm looking for a boom pole, and actually i was thinking about the Ambient Quick Pole QP-470. It has a good range of accessories. But i'm wondering how tough this pole is and if it's worth to get bought - it's in the same price segment as Van den Berg.

Hi Dario,
I've got a QP-480 that I like. It's got a straight internal cable and is very quiet and very strong. Works well but it is a bit heavier than a similar K-Tek. Ambient also makes a lighter version, the QPL or something like that. I think they are a good bargain for the price. Matt

Hi Matt, thanks for your opinion. Since you own a such pole - I read something about hook and loop fasteners which are inside of the pole and have to be replaced after certain time and use - did you ever had a concern with that?
Dario

Don't know anything about that - but I'll keep an eye out.
