Help me find the best device to capture audio from my VIDEOMIC at DVinfo.net

I have a rode VIDEOMIC and I am in need of some portable device, be it a minidisk player or mp3 player to capture the audio from it. I would directly plug it into my camcorder (GR-HD1u), however the sound card on it is messed up and it creates a horrible cracking sound. I am looking for a device with ease of use, and something that can capture very decently. I'm looking to spend around 200-300 USD. Thanks.
