How to tilt a boom pole mic?
I have a RODE videomic with shock mount that attaches to a boom pole. This mic is mainly intended to be mounted on a camera hot shoe. Nevertheless it has a 5/8" hole that accepts the boom pole tip.
The mic forms a right angle with the boom pole that cannot be adjusted. What additional adapter do I need to allow this tilt angle to be adjusted? I'm using this as a boom mic because it readily plugs into a RODE wireless GO transmitter that I can stick on the boompole near the mic. |

One possibility would old be a mini ball head, https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...2855/KBID/3801. You would also need a thread adapter.
