Audio catalogue software? at DVinfo.net

I have around 50 royalty free and copyright free audio CD's I'd like to store on hard drive for fast preview and access, I currently have them indexed in CatDV 9 which is a little glitchy to say the least. Any ideas for a program to capture the tracks, index them and allow preview / export to my editing software? The ability to add file downloads, some .aiff, some .wav and a few .mp3's from say JewelBeat etc would also be needed, album artwork is not required and I'd prefer not use iTunes.

EDIT - Mac OS X software only suggestions please!
