Rode VideoMic HD
Today, I saw this at BH website. It is not even listed at Rode website yet.

Rode have it on their news page now
RDE Microphones - Announcing the VideoMic HD - The World's First Digital Recorder Video Microphone I see it uses the NTG3 capsule, so it is not going to be particularly cheap.
