Omf to clip audio issue in protools
is there a sort of relink function in protools as in fc? i started a project with omf and still my media are omf, i want to convert everything inaudiofile
my question is more convenient to work with my media linked to omf? or is better they points to audio files clip ^ |

Can you re-state the question? Perhaps a translation issue.
It should place the audio correctly on PT's timeline when imported. |

MY ISSUE QAS ABOUT TO CONVERT OMF FILE into audio file, could make it because qhen i used to make, save a copy in and to check , copy audio file I was prompted in a window that said that 800 gb was needed, when i check the convert "convert to specified format I did not have any problem.

A conversion (or mix or the files) must be done in PTs from the file(s) timeline. However, after unpacking the OMF, the AIFF or WAVE audio files should be available anyway in the PTs media pool folder. Don't know about the large conversion file size. OMF files inherently cannot be larger than 2GB.
