Interesting review. You have mentioned "It may be time to think about retiring your parabolic mics". Can you please elaborate the difference.
It seems this microphone cannot be plugged into a regular source that provides phantom power? |

Parabolic mics use the physicality of the dish to create a directional pattern. They aren't very nice sounding, but on the sidelines, they get the job done. It is a digital microphone and requires a digital input. Regards, Ty Ford |
