Thanks Rob, that more or less completes the USA. I can drink coffee in just about every state now.
Last year I was working in Ohio and one of my readers emailed me saying he would like to take me out for a meal. He flew down in his private plane from Chicago and we had a great evening. The web can be a wonderful place to keep in touch with people. The invitation is also open to you and Jon if you are ever in London.
