sound question-how to properly mix sound?!
i'm currently editing this doc in premiere 1.5, question is..what is the best way to get the best possible sound ....how do i mix it or level it all out so its constant all through the doc...
do i need to export the sound as an avi and take it to another software to work on it..etc... thanx... Sat

I thought I was doing a great job mixing things, and then I bought an M-Audio Firewire 410 sound card and some BX8a speakers. The difference was staggering and humbling. If at all possible, get yourself a decent sound card (probably NOT the one that came with your system). Even more important is to get some good monitor speakers. I like the BX8a pretty well, fwiw.
