Did something happen to SennheiserUSA?
I sent in a G2 bodypack with the Sennheiser form for out of warranty repair to their Connecticut location. I didn't hear back after 4 weeks. They aren't responding to emails sent via their website. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Replied with a direct contact e-mail via PM.

You can always call them on the phone at 860-434-9190. Using their phone tree system, I almost always reach a person.

<insert sound of hand hitting forehead> DOH!
I heard back after contacting them via a PM. Turns out there was a repair receipt confirmation in my email that I had missed. It all just took far longer than I expected (a month) and somehow I'd managed to not provide the CC expiration. It's supposedly on the way so all is well. Thanks. |

Re: Did something happen to SennheiserUSA?
Sennheiser owed me a part from a repair they recently did on a wireless lav, and it took them about 6 weeks to get it to me with no explanation for the delay. You may not be the only one getting slow service.

Re: Did something happen to SennheiserUSA?
Yes. The time it took was surprising. But considering the economic situation, I was glad there was a facility in the USA that would handle it.
