Alternatine to Audio Technica ATR-3350 lavalier?
Hi,
A friend of mine is looking for a good budget lavalier for a DSLR, so it has to be 3.5mm mini-jack and not require phantom power. The ATR-3350 is around £20 and has received some favourable reviews. I know my Road Lavalier will knock the spots off it but at that proce you cant argue, and the Rode requiers phantom power. Anyway I was wondering if there was anything else worth looking at at the sub £50/$70 range? Ben |

The only mic with the specs you require that I know of is the one you listed for under $70. For @$100 you can step up to the AT lav which is powered by battery or phantom, and can be used with DSLR with a simple XLR to mini adapter.
