Whats up with the DM100? at DVinfo.net

Hey all, this is my first post here and I hope to have many more.

Right now I shoot a Canon Vixia Hf200 and I am really into shooting cars and airplanes. Most of the time I am taking video of an F18 going by me at 700MPH or Ferrari's going by me at about the same haha.

In both kinds of videos I am having a problem with wind noise. So I did a wee bit of research and it seems like the DM100 is a good microphone and will work nicely to shut out wind noise and provide better sound.

My PROBLEM is that I can't find the darn thing in stock anywhere on the net (reputable resellers). I was waiting for Newegg to get it back in stock and they had their ETA set at 2/26/2010 but now its still not in stock and they've taken the ETA down. So 3 questions:

1. Does anybody know if the DM100 is actually going to be produced more?

2. Is there talk of a new microphone that I don't know about that I should wait for?

3. If the answer to #2 is no, and you know somewhere reputable I can get it for no more than $175.00 let me know.
