Anyone has experience with the Edirol R-4 Pro??
I just sold my Edirol R-44 because for my next projects I will need a time code machine. As much as I'd like to get the SD 744t, it's just out of my budget at the moment and having 4 tracks is important for the way I work.
Within this limits, the best option seems to be the Edirol R-4 Pro, but I went to a shop yesterday and was not convinced with its built quality, but to be honest I didn't have the chance to test it properly. What are your thoughts and experiences with this machine? What about the limiters and preamps? How long does a set of batteries last? I would really appreciate any information on this machine. Thanks. Best Regards, Andres. |
