How to plug AT Pro 88W into XLR camera
How do you plug a Audio-Technica Pro 88W receiver into an XLR-equipped camera?
Doesn't the Pro-88W have only a stereo mini cable out to the recorder? |

If that's the case, you can get an adapter cable. My Sony UWP wireless includes both mini to XLR and mini to mini cables.
If you need one right away, check with the local major music store chain. If not, order from one of our wonderful DVINFO sponsors like BH Photo. -gb- |

This is the Audio-Technica cable (with built-in transformer) that you need to plug a Pro88 into an XLR input:
Audio-Technica | CP8306 Adapter Cable for Pro 88 W | CP8306 The cable has to have a transformer. I have used one of these for a long time and it works fine. |

I have that setup and it works just fine, and no, no loss in quality.
