a good parabolic dish/mic. combo for High School football sideline taping

Any recommendations for a decent parabolic/mic arrangement for getting sideline football shots ?

Since the taping will be done with a PD170 mounted on a Glidecam 4000, would it be best to use a UHF wireless mic. hooked into the P. Dish to eliminate dragging a cord and throwing the cam out of balance

I admit to being a novice when it comes to the technicals of audio and audio gear and have no problems receiving a healthy dose of reality check from any audio gurus and peers out there.

thnx,

Ken
