7 Live Acoustic Show - On Tie clip & Shotgun - Great!
Well, I've been here before but this time I decided to go with an idea I've been having for sometime now . .
I used my Senni K66 XLR on one channel and the Senni tieclip on its own channel from the other side of the large echo-ie room - and it too XLR-ed into the Canon MA300. Listened to it this morning and it is brilliant! Each channel provides smashing audio - well to my old ears - and it will be quite acceptable . . . . played it within Vegas5 and the sound is full and clear. Just thought I'd share this as an option. But do experiment with this first! See . .hear if you think it will help anybody out there . . Grazie |

I'd wager that the tieclip audio was 'too clean' and the shotgun was 'too delayed' and the two together balanced out. Yes?
Odd solutions often play into useable audio, no doubt! Nice to see you here, Grazie!

Howdy Spot!
" .. . and the two together balanced out. Yes?" .. I guess so. But it would need your pro. critical ear on it. I think the result was quite acceptable. I posted here 'cos I was stimulated by the Wedding Wireless mic debate over on the V5 forum, that I wanted to dump it somewhere it might have been of use . . .. . oh! Been lurking hereabouts for at least 2 years plus . . and about 1000 posts . . . Lots of the Vegheads on these forums . . Grazie |
