Creating Microphone Cables

I would like to create my own custom Canare microphone cables with Neutrik connectors. Anyone know which cables go to what pins? Or do you know of a good website that shows the process?

Ask and ye shall receive Canare Starquad wiring

The same wiring holds true for single conductor. The whole site is pretty interesting.
