m4p conversion
How, if at all can m4p files be converted to mp3, wav or other audio files. What programs read m4p files.
Thanks |

QuickTime and QuickTime Pro are two examples and I'm sure there are others.

Dwight,
You might find what you need here http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm I use dbpoweramp to do alot of mp3 and .wav conversions to .wav 48K. I noticed they have an mp4 download listed. Good luck, Mark |

Just as Windows Media Player works on a Mac, QuickTime works on PC's. You can download it here. The free version will play mp4's, but the Pro version ($29.95) is needed to create mp4's.

m4p not mp4
dbpoweramp uses mp4, the files I am looking at are m4p. I suspect that there is an inportant distinction there. I need a player or editor that reads m4p and QT does not (unless there is a codec or plug-in that I am unaware of)
Thanks |
