Hot shoe to Hot shoe carriage

Hello,
I was looking around for something to move my mic to the side of my GL2 so I could hold the cam by it's handle.
I came across the Minimount Universal Carriage. The bottom part of the picture on the following page:
http://www.lightwavesystems.com/products/minimount/shoe_carriage.htm
but this is for the minimount.
I am needing shoe to shoe for my shockmount. I finally found one for like $25. A price you would expect. Unfortunately, I did not bookmark the page and cannot find it again.
It went into your accessory shoe, extended and swiveled about 2-3 inches and ended with another accessory shoe.
Looked just like the Minimount USC above but instead of the Minimount, it had a shoe to put your own in.
Perfect.
Anyone know of a source or alternative?
Thanks,
Michael

If I understand you correctly, the item you are looking for is made by "Frezzi" Cat# is 96316 Model# is FDSA.

It is described as a "Dual Shoe Adapter, adds an additional shoe to camera with extension arm"

Thank you.
That is not the one but that is an option.
And it ADDS one instead of taking up the original shoe and moving it over.
Appears a little longer than I was looking for but I will mock it up and see.
Michael

In searching for the product above I have found a couple more things. The bar under this flash is close:

These might be good options

Michael,
While the picture appears to be a little long, I have seen it at the WEVA convention (where it has been introduced for the first time) and it is just perfect. At WEVA people seem to favor the Frezzi over the CoolLux. Also the CoolLux shoe design doesn't always work well in every camera.
