UK Radio Mic Channel 69

Just when we thought it was sorted out and we were safe with Channel 69 for Radiomic use in the UK, I read in the latest BECTU Magazine that European legislation seems set to override the OFCOM decision to leave our channel alone. Admittedly it isn't to happen until 2015 - but six years can go by quickly, especially if you are about to buy new gear. Owners of radiomics in the UK using Channel 69 are urged to get a licence; that way it can be shown how many users there are, which may help in the negotiations.

It is a mark of insincerity of purpose to spend one’s time in looking for the sacred Emperor in the low-class tea-shops.
