Rode NTSM3 suspension
Hi everyone,
I bought a Rode NTSM3 suspension for NT3 4 5 & NTG1 2 to use with my Sennheiser MKE300. However, I don't see how I might be able to use it with my mic unless I try to remove the 'foam' that covers the mic. Is this Ride suspension completely incompatible with my mic, do you think? I feel like I've wasted money on it! Appreciate any suggestions. regards peter |

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is not designed and will not work with the MKE300 and similar mics.

I removed the foam and it seems to fit okay in the shockmount and suspended okay. It fits okay on my XHA1 but haven't tested it yet. |
