Sanken COS-11x lav mic at DVinfo.net

Hi there. After reading Dan Brockett's (and others here) reviews of the Sanken COS-11x lav mic I've decided on getting one to use with my Canon XH-A1. I'll be using it for doc interviews for now. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the phantom or battery powered version. I'm also trying to figure out if it would be practical or even possible to plan to use it as a wireless mic in the future (that would require the BP version, right?). Sorry if I'm obviously missing something here, I'm new to sound recording and have just begun digging into my XH-A1. Thanks
