Ipower

I just got received my 9v rechargeable lithium batteries from Ipower. I charged them up and they are only showing 8.2 on my meter. Does any one know if this is normal. I would think 9v means 9v. just asking

Can't speak precisely to battery chemistry, which is probably where your answer is to be found, but I can speak to the performance of the iPower product - very good stuff. I find that they outperform Procell (alkaline) batteries, lasting approximately the same on a full charge as an Ultralife (Li-ion) in my transmitters (using BDS for power back at the kit). I've been re-using the same batteries for over a year now.
