Recording sound with Iriver 790 ? Anyone?

I just received my iriver in the mail from Ebay, but without instructions, I can't really figure out how to record sound. Can anybody give me a quick run-down?

It is the 790 series.

Thanks

switch on , press joystick 2 sec.
you go into the main menu.
select the toolbox (key and screwdriver) .
inside you will find all the settings.
the one you need are the line in (set recording on ext.mic).
the line in volume to set sensitivity
the line in record mode to set bandwith mono/stereo
if there are no mp3 files in the reader, the menu at power on should be the recording one.
you just need to press the red record button to record.else you need to download the user manual, because the gadget is a bit tricky to use, buttons have several function, depends if you press short or long.

Thank you so much. What are best setting for use at a wedding? I want it to be loud enough that it picks up the groom and hopefully the bride as well.
