Mini jack heaphone amp for wireless mic

I'm wanting to connect my Rode videomic to Sennheiser G32 wireless system BUT want to be able to monitor the sound on headphones. I was thinking of some sort of mini jack headphone amp between the mic and transmitter. Any ideas if this would work/possible models. Thanks for all your help so far in my ramblings. Cheers.

Ben, the usual way is to monitor your audio from the last stage in the chain, which is the camera or recorder. So you know it's Ok.
