Audio Sync issues in After Effects at DVinfo.net

I have two files in my movie that are playing out of sync. They only play out of sync in After Effects but not in Premiere. I have been exporting my final audio mix out of Premiere Pro as 16bit Stereo 48,000Khz. When I import it into After Effects the majority of the wav files say 487.424 Kbps. Two of the wav files which are playing out of sync from the video files are saying they are 1536.00Kpbs. I haven't changed any of my export settings in Premiere yet everytime I export, I get these sample rates for these two wav files. Is there anyway to change these files after export? Does anyone know why they might be exporting with these sample rates?
