Case for Ki Pro and Exo
Hey,
Anyone have a case suggestion for the Ki Pro and Exo-skeleton. I've been looking at the Pelicans but not sure what size to get. Anyone out there got there's cased up? :) Micheal |

Pelican case choice...
Micheal M. - AJA used both the Pelican 1510 and the 1560 cases when we needed to travel with Ki Pros and accessories for our product world tour last year. The 1510 will fit the Ki Pro, Exoskeleton and the smaller related accessories, but not much else. The 1510 can be counted as a carry-on size for most airlines. The 1560 is a bit bigger (not possible to be counted as a carry-on) but it's useful if you want to carry a wider array of equipment alongside the Ki Pro. Both are great because they feature rubberized grip handles, built-in extended pull handles and wheels.
Hope this information is helpful, Jon Thorn Product Manager AJA Video Systems, Inc. California |

We're using the Pelican 1450 case with padded dividers for our rental unit. It holds the Ki Pro with the Exo Skeleton fitted. There is still room for the power supply, as well as additional HD-SDI, HDMI, D-TAP and FW800 cables.
Exterior dimensions are 16.00" x 13.00" x 6.87" Hope this helps, |
