KI Pro Time-Code question

I'm doing a 3 cam shoot with panasonic 300's. I will be recording scan conversion to the Ki Pro via a Folsom.
We are recording at 30P with the cams and converting folsom material to Ki Pro at PsF 23.98.
How is time-code interpreted if we sync the cams (30P) via TC or RP188 to 23.98?

Doug B. - The Ki Pro, if it is being fed a 23.98fps video signal, will only record a 23.98 timecode value.
