Filmstrip files
When I create a filmstrip file in Ppro for use in Photoshop, is there any way to force a row x column matrix on the image in Photoshop?
I'd like to make a filmstrip file from a video clip, convert it to a bitmap and apply it as a texture map in 3D studio; I'm making an animated strip of film, using DV data as the film-frames. Have any of you creative guru's tried to do this effect, or have ideas on how I could do it? TIA, andy Last edited by Andrew J Morin; June 18th, 2007 at 12:34 PM. Reason: sp |

for anyone wondering (you know who you are!)
I exported an image sequence from premiere (150 frames, at this point) which I then used PhSh to create 3 pages of 1-column contact-sheet. I had to reduce the resolution of the frames by 3 and manually assemble the 3 contact sheets into a continuous strip; 720x480->240x160; 160pix [times] 150 frames = a 24000 pixel tall image. It's close enough for what I'm doing. |
