24p from XL2 caputured using a XH-A1 at DVinfo.net

I am going to capture an old XL2 project that was shot in 24p (standard, not advanced) with my XH-A1.
Three questions:
1. What PROJECT settings should I set the PPro 2.0 project for to properly edit the 24p from the Xl2?
2. What CAPTURE settings should I use/tweak when capturing the tapes.
3. If the resulting project will end up on community access and needs to comply with NTSC 29.97 standard, what are the best settings to render out the 24p based footae?
