Custom preset for new project becomes Progressive

We are doing HDV 60i projects in PPro 2.0. Initially we started with a new HDV 60i project, but customised it to turn off Optimise Stills, then saved it as a custom preset. However, we now notice that when we select that custom preset for a new project the window on the right tells us we are creating a Progressive scan project! What the?!?!?!?!

I cannot see where to check within the newly-created project whether it is, in fact, a progressive or an interlaced project. What should I look for, please?

What repercussions may there be with all the projects we have already worked on with this custom preset, please? How can we fix it?
