Screen shots

Hey Guys,

I need to get some screen shots of some of the videos that ive made. so my question is how can i do this? i also have AE but im hoping to be able to do it in PP2 but if not then AE is fine.

so i need them in jpeg format if possible.

Navigate to the frame you need, then go to File > Export > Frame.
