Saving still frames

Hey all, Im pretty new to premiere. I use premiere 6 (yay! *sarcasm*) and I would like to know how to create a still frame, and save this frame so I can do a little photoshop editing.

Any info appreciated,

Simon

You can export any frame as a still image file by going to File>Export>Frame, click Settings and choose you file type, and your image size, click OK. Select it's destination and click OK.
