mp3's skipping
when i add a mp3 file to the audio timeline in my premier 6.5, at a few points in the song, it will skip/studder a beat even though it doesn't do that if i play the file by itself. why?!

The older software really didn't support MP3 very well. Get something newer or convert to a WAV file.

the freeware Audacity does a fine job at converting, and the price is right.
