Flash Encoding in PPRO 2.0

I'm just wondering if anyone has opinions on the quality of flash encodes from 2.0? I tried just about everything exporting to flash from the last gen of after effects and couldn't get close to the quality I got from Sorenson Squeeze...either because the program is better or I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

If I could get a great encode to flv from premiere, this would be a huge timesaver for me. Anyone have experience with this so far?

Well with Premiere you can either use the On2 or Sorenson codec, I like it I usually just do some for the web 320x240 @ medium quality and mono audio..

Anything bigger I use h.264 @ 1450 bitrate for 640x480
