Figuring out Encore in a day?
A friend asked if it could master a simple DVD with Encore by Monday. I just got Production Studio but have not mastered a DVD once in my life. The process seems a bit intimidating and I'm just wondering if with the book I can figure it out in a day, or if I should tell them I can't do it.
The DVD only needs a menu with three buttons, and each button plays a different "show". I used Premiere Pro2.0 to cut the shows real quick and export them in MPG2 with .wav. I kind of got my menu background there, but Encore always sticks me with cludgy default buttons. You'd think a weekend would be enough but I'll probably waste a day doing housework and figuring out why video is not playing right on my system (plays fine on 1394 preview, but looks like static on the computer screen). Thanks for any opinions
