Premiere, Ugly Imported Image Quality.

Hey guys, I imported a logo into premiere, I have tried .png and .psd so I can preserve its transparency. However in my preview screen it looks ugly and choppy, quality is set to high at 100%, any tips?

If you can capture a frame from the rendered output, after doing whatever you are doing with the image in Premiere, and put a link to the image on the web, that could be real helpful for troubleshooting the problem.
