Lost Audio with .MTS inport to CC Premier Pro

I've been a CS5.5 user for years and moved to CC to get the audio sync capability. Although sync audio in CC is a 50/50 chance of success another frustrating with CC Premier Pro I'm having is all my (.MTS) footage drops the audio when importing it. Now the .mts files from my C100 work fine, but I have my C100 set on LPCM, not sure if this makes a difference.

My other cameras that the audio track is dropped from are the Sony NEX VT10, Canon G20. But the audio from a .mov file (5D mk2) works fine.

Why is CC Premier not importing the audio on some .mts files?

Thanks KO,

Why are you pulling the MTS files out of the AVCHD folder structure. You shouldn't be doing that.

Can you add more detail to your question? I'm importing data to my HD and then to my NLE system the same way for many years. The only thing new in this process is CC Premier.

What do you see that I'm doing wrong?

Thanks, KO.

I have no idea what you mean by "importing data". You need to describe the process in more detail.
