Direct Link CS6 SpeedGrade to now-updated Premiere CC project?
Hi all, here's a short story:
A friend needed a short color graded and tweaked in Premiere/SpeedGrade/AfterEffects, but he was on CC while I was on CS6. He had given me a hard drive with all the files, including the Premiere Pro Project, which I obviously couldn't open. He emailed me an AAF of the project, which I used to recreate the project in Premiere, then I sent it over to Speed Grade. I have sense moved to CC for some other projects, and I would now like to link the finished SG project back to the Premiere Project. The questions: 1) Is it possible to link back? It seems, as I understand it, because both the project and the grade were created in CS6, they are connected in no way. 2) If 1 isn't possible, is it possible to extract the grade from speed grade project and import into a new project (for instance, if I took the original CC project and did a dynamic link to SG CC, then somehow took the extracted grade from the old CS6 SG project and imported it into the now dynamically linked SG CC project?) Thanks in advance. |
