Flickering Problem in Premiere CC

Hi Folks, I am trying out Premiere CC and I have some flickering issues for some clips from 5D3 and GoPro. I have no issues at times when previewing so it is intermittent. But the render result so far does have it. I have an adjustment layer with Lumetri applied and I have disabled it but the flickering is still on and off. When I preview it from import media it is fine! I have also tried it on other NLE and there is no flickering.

The sequence is set on 1080 25P, and everything follows. The only one with a difference is the GoPro. It was shot on 50P. Is there a process that I am missing for the 50p footage? I hear people talking about conform all the time.

Thanks.
