Re: Cs6
Ok, so it's it's not only premiere/encore installed but the production premium suite? That was not clear before. Do you then still need a separate serialnr for each single software that's included? I thought that only required one serialnr, but I could be wrong as I never owned the full suite. But as you do have cs5 (full suite also?) you already knew that I guess.
Why would you work around this issue if you have a legit version, can't you just re-install? Or contact Adobe by mail or phone to explain the problem? I also can't understand why you where thinking of buying encore separately, you seem to have the full suite which includes encore, even if encore would be sold separately that wouldn't make any sense buying it again, I mean, you have it, it just doesn't install right and that is something that must be software related (or maybe even hardware related depending on the nle's requirements) where re-installing windows might seem the most obvious thing to do and to start from scratch. |

Re: Cs6
If it's a legitimate Production Premium License, you will, of course, be receiving the serial number...
There is no reason why Encore needs a different serial number other than a dodgy install if it's legit. A clean install should make it all work fine.

Re: Cs6
Thanks for all the input. I am telling the seller to contact Adobe to sort it out before I purchase the rig.
