Canon 6D issue o CS 5.5.2
Hi guys,
I've recently got a new laptop and when I import Canon 6D's MOV files to Premiere CS5.5.2 the playback is choppy...but I have a quad core I7 ivy bridge 2.4ghz, 16GB ram, 2gb dedicated gpu and 2 hybrid hard drives. Is this normal???

Re: Canon 6D issue o CS 5.5.2
Some info here: Adobe Community: How do I open raw files from my Canon 6D in Photoshop CS5.1?
Boils down to, it won't work directly. One suggestion contained in the thread is to convert to DNG files using the free Adobe app, then opening. |

It's not raw files. It's regular straight out of the camera MOV video files that worked perfectly on my other laptop.

Have you read the Warning here: Tweakers Page
Laptops with a Core i7-3630QM and only two hybrid drives may not be sufficient muscle to handle that material if it uses the QuiRckTime 32 Server. |
