Export to MOV (sd) 60fps

I have some 720p 60fps MOV footages recorded by DSLR. I tried to export them to MOV NTSC DV wide Screen (SD) using Premiere Pro CC cs6. However the CS6 doesn't allow to export to MOV (SD) footages with 60fps. The result is all my footage seem to be not smooth in motion. any though about this?

Thanks.

Re: Export to MOV (sd) 60fps

NTSC is tv standard, thus 29.97 fps by definition. And interlaced. Maybe you would do better with another output choice, assuming your final purpose would support it? If you indeed need to downconvert to sd NTSC standard, you are limited to that standard...
