Wavy Video Top and Bottom at DVinfo.net

When I load video from a shoot I did a year ago the video plays in the Premiere Pro CS5.5 timeline with a wavy video top and bottom. When I do I still capture to show you the photo isn't wavy. I did replace my SSD HD for a Seagate HD and reloaded Premiere CS5.5 in January. Any solution to the wavy video?

I seem to be getting wavy video, top and bottom, on new capture video as well. Could it possibly be my monitors which are 1920x1200? This is a problem I have never had before.

I get that sometimes in AE CS6. I don't think it has anything to do with the monitors in my case because QT will play the same clips no problem. I think it's a CS issue.

To show you my problem I found this photo with my problem top and bottom that occurs on my second monitor using Premiere Pro CS5.5. My problem is only top and bottom not sides.

Make sure you graphics card driver is up to date.

Ann you solved the problem indirectly. I had updated to the latest Nvidia Driver 320.18 and thought maybe this is the problem. I rolled back my Nvidia Driver to version 314.22 and all is good.

How about that, a while back I rolled back to 310 because 314 gave me trouble.
